West Lake Manor is a covenanted subdivision founded in the early 1970's with covenants on file with the county.
The covenants exist in order to protect all the property owners.
The West Lake Manor Property Owners' Association has as its central goals to be active in building a healthy community, in helping to protect the property values throughout the entire subdivision, maintain the lake and all common areas to best represent the homeowners and to promote safety.
